My Summer Vacation Day 4

Here's day three of my vacation and the first of the three days we stayed at the beach and Charleston :D Just so you know, the sunrise pics were taken by my Mom when she and my Dad went for a walk.

Photo

I woke up on this morning to my Mom, Dad, and Brother getting ready to head out for breakfast(my parents had went walking on the beach earlier). I got ready, as did my sister, and the two of us got breakfast. On the way down(we were on an elevator) to the eating area, I was carrying two slices of Gluten free bread and a thing of honey in my hands and my sister said she couldn't take me seriously carrying bread XD.
Along with my honey, butter toast, I had two boiled eggs for breakfast(I ate a lot of them...I wonder why).
When we finished, we went back to the hotel room, our parents and brother came up, my sister and I put on our swimming suits, and walked out to the beach.

My brother liked lying on his back and getting hit by waves.

Misty(my sister's blogger name) and I went far out into the ocean where the curling waves were big and heavy and we jumped over them as they came past or let ourselves get hit by them.

After awhile, we came back to the shallows and our Mom took some pictures.

Misty, our little brother, and I built a sand castle with turrets, walls, a tall tower at the center, and a moat which my sister filled with water from the sea.

My Mom then took my brother to the hotel room for lunch, and my sister, my Dad, and I walked up the beach a ways. Misty and I talked about ATLA, CVI, and what we'd talk about to the friends we met at the Convention.

My brother and I sat out in the chairs just outside our room and ate lunch(I had leftovers from the Cajun Rice and Beans I'd had the night before). Since my the red shirt I was wearing over my swim suit had mostly dried, and since I'd always wanted to read near the ocean, I sat in a chair(the kind used for tanning) on a balcony and read some more of "The Sweet Far Thing"(yes, I do finish it. I finished it the day I got back since it was such a long novel). The air was hot, though the heat would fluctuate as clouds drifted over the sun(and as my clothes dried).

Starfish we found in a tide pool during low tide. We ended up putting it back into the ocean.

After reading for awhile, I put my book back and went back down to the beach, where my sister, brother, and I pretended to use the Force on, and to waterbend, the waves as they lapped upon the shore. My brother got pinched by a crab so we it off for the day and went back into the hotel room to take showers. My family and I decided to drive around and go to the store to get some bread and other things. In our van, we drove around our island, as well as another, and looked at all the pretty and colorful vacation houses.
Once we were doing sight-seeing, we drove to "Whole Foods" and bought some boxed dinners, bread, cookies, and other things. We went back to our hotel and had dinner, sitting on the chars outside(I had Teriyaki noodles).

For you Doctor Who fans, doesn't this look a lot like Bad Wolf Bay(from Doomsday)?(I kept thinking that while I was there.)

After dinner, we headed out to a nearby Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream and I got myself a yummy vanilla Ice Cream cup :). I like Ben and Jerry's because they don't use corn products in their Ice Cream(unless it's in the caramel or the marshmallows). My Mom was nice and let me have some, even though I've gone off dairy, Gluten/wheat, and sugar. Then I went back to the hotel, rinsed my feet off, and went to bed.

Hope you enjoyed reading about my third day of vacation :) We do more tomorrow so I'll have more to write about :D.
Have a good rest of your day and May the Force be with you....Always
