End of the Year book tag!

HIIIII :) Haven't posted on here as much anymore (outside of my reading for the year) but I am going to try and get a couple more posts on here instead of just one a year. So here goes! :)

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

These four are ones I have started but haven't finished yet. But I should get to them soon! :)

Do you have a book or autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

It's different every year, but I read Mexican Gothic this month, which is a creepy, gothic novel that fits spooky season well! :)

I also think An Enchantment of Ravens is a good pick as well for fall!

And, of course, Dracula

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

Not that I can think of. I didn't have too many new releases this year and the ones that were ones I was excited about, have already come out.

It's already out, but I do want to get to Fevered Star before the end of the year

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

Besides the above mentioned Fever Star, here are some I want to get to (more than 3, hehehe)

AND I am going to do a re-read of THIS book with the version narrated by Andy Serkis. Pretty excited!

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favorite book of the year?

I'm not sure, I always hope I'll like what I plan to pick up. I am hoping I'll enjoy Kaikeyi, which I've mentioned above. Or maybe one of the Star Wars books I need to get to? I feel like I've already read most of my favorites of the year already. THOUGH, if I get to Camelot, that could be one! :D

Have you already started making reading plans for 2023?

YEP! :) I want to continue by Star Wars EU read through and try and get to the New Jedi Order series!

I also want to make more progress in my OwlCrate books (especially since I'll be cancelling my subscription- nothing against them, I just don't need anymore things- so it will be easier to get to them all)

And I want to re-read and read more of books set in Middle Earth.

  1. Cool tag, it's neat to see the covers of the books you've been reading and plan on picking up! I'm all for reading books set in Middle-Earth :D
